1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the sbet7 platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related services offered by sbet7. 3. Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. sbet7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbet7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by sbet7 and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction. sbet7 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on sbet7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sbet7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sbet7 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your sbet7 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.2 Malfunction Policy

6.3 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the player must contact sbet7 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. sbet7's decision on disputed results, following investigation, is final and binding.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbet7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sbet7 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to sbet7's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to sbet7 support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for sbet7 to investigate and respond before pursuing any other remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through sbet7's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sbet7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
